Weekly South Korea Crypto Market Outlook : The fourth week of November 2024

Cratos and CoinNess conduct regular weekly surveys.

Regular surveys are conducted every week within the Cratos app, and the number of survey participants is 2,000.

This particular survey was conducted from November 19th to November 22nd.

According to the regular survey on weekly trends of Korean cryptocurrency investors jointly conducted by CoinNesss and Cratos, 56.3% of respondents (compared to 68.7% last week) forecasted that Bitcoin would rise or rise sharply next week. The percentage of respondents expecting a flat movement was 30.3% (compared to 19.1% last week), while the percentage of respondents anticipating a fall or sharp drop was 13.5% (compared to 12.3% last week).

For Ethereum, it showed a similar trend to Bitcoin. 67.4% of respondents (compared to 76.9% last week) forecasted that Ethereum would rise or rise sharply next week. Those expecting flat movement accounted for 25.4% (compared to 16.5% last week), while those anticipating a fall or sharp drop remained at 7.3% (compared to 6.7% last week).

When asked about market sentiment, 27.5%, responded with optimism or extreme optimism. The proportion of those responding neutrally was recorded at 43.2%. The percentage of people experiencing fear or extreme fear in the current cryptocurrency market is 29.3%.

In response to questions about coins they recently sold or plan to sell 17.3% of respondents answered Bitcoin, followed by 16.8% for Ethereum.
Additionally, 11.7% mentioned XRP, 9.2% Doge, 2.6% Solana, 1.5% TRON, 1.5% MiL.k, 1.0% Shiba Inu, and 1.0% AhaToken.
Furthermore, a total of 37.4% provided various other opinions. These included cryptocurrencies such as Polygon, Ethereum Classic, BitTorrent, Cardano, Paycoin, Metadium, The Sandbox, CORE, Pepe, and others. 17.6% of respondents stated they had no intention to sell.

In response to questions about coins they recently sold or plan to buy 20.4% of respondents answered Bitcoin, followed by 16.2% for Ethereum.
Additionally, 12.8% mentioned XRP, 7.5% Dogecoin, 2.6% Solana , 1.5% Shiba Inu, 1.3% MiL.k, 1.0% Cardano, and 1.0% AhaToken.
Furthermore, a total of 37.4% provided various other opinions. These included cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum Classic, PEPE, TRON, Worldcoin, CORE, AhaToken, BitTorrent, BORA, Stellar Lumen, and others. 14.8% of respondents stated they had no intention to buy.

As a response to a survey asking ‘The Democratic Party opposes delaying cryptocurrency taxes, while the People Power Party supports a two-year postponement. If not delayed, taxation starts next year. Will the delay happen?’, 59.9% answered ‘It will likely be postponed.’. Those who answered ‘It will not be postponed.’ were 19.3%. 15.4% of respondents answered ‘I’m not interested.’. 5.5% of respondents answered ‘I’m not sure.’.
