Cratos X CoinNess Survey : Weekly trends of Korean cryptocurrency investors (Mar. 19, 2024 — Mar. 22, 2024)

Cratos and CoinNess conduct regular weekly surveys.

Regular surveys are conducted every week within the Cratos app, and the number of survey participants is 2,000.

This particular survey was conducted from March 19th to March 22nd.

According to the regular survey on weekly trends of Korean cryptocurrency investors jointly conducted by CoinNesss and Cratos, 37.2% of respondents (compared to 61.0% last week) forecasted that Bitcoin would rise or rise sharply next week. The percentage of respondents expecting a flat movement was 33.8% (compared to 28.2% last week), while the percentage of respondents anticipating a fall or sharp drop was 29.2% (compared to 10.8% last week).

For Ethereum, it showed a similar trend to Bitcoin. 40.8% of respondents (compared to 65.2% last week) forecasted that Ethereum would rise or rise sharply next week. Those expecting flat movement accounted for 35.1% (compared to 27.4% last week), while those anticipating a fall or sharp drop remained at 24.2% (compared to 7.4% last week).

When asked about market sentiment, 33.6%, responded with optimism or extreme optimism. The proportion of those responding neutrally was recorded at 44.1%. The percentage of people experiencing fear or extreme fear in the current cryptocurrency market is 22.5%.

In response to questions about coins they recently sold or plan to sell, 18.2% of respondents answered Ethereum, followed by 18.2% for Bitcoin.
Additionally, 11.1% mentioned Ripple, 6.0% Dogecoin, 3.2% Solana, 2.5% Tron, 1.7% Siacoin, 1.7% Shiba Inu, and 1.6% Astar.
Furthermore, a total of 35.8% provided various other opinions. These included cryptocurrencies such as Sei, Blur, Polygon, Ethereum Classic, Mina, MiL.k, AhaToken, BitTorrent, Metadium and others. 7.2% of respondents stated they had no intention to sell.

In response to questions about coins they recently bought or plan to buy, 19.3% of respondents answered Bitcoin, followed by 19.0% for Ethereum.
Additionally, 14.2% mentioned Ripple, 5.1% Dogecoin, 2.9% Solana, 1.9% Shiba Inu, 1.8% Stacks, 1.6% Sui, and 1.4% Tron.
Furthermore, a total of 32.9% provided various other opinions. These included cryptocurrencies such as PolyX, Bitcoin Cash, Polygon, Credit, MiL.k, Ethereum Classic, Cardano, Klaytn, AhaToken and others. 6.4% of respondents stated they had no intention to buy.

As a response to a survey asking about intention to buy or sell additional cryptocurrencies in the current cryptocurrency market, the highest number of respondents, 43.5%, answered that they would make an additional purchase. Those who answered that they would sell the coins they had were 21.3%. 35.3% of respondents answered that they wouldn’t do either of them.
